Registration had being done through the end of this page. Now not available.
- 1st step: Insert all your data requested;
- 2nd step: Select the type of registration;
- 3rd step: Select the extra option of the UBIsym gala dinner, if applicable;
- 4th step: Make the bank transfer to the given IBAN and SWIFT codes and save the transfer proof;
- 5th step: Upload the transfer proof and finalise the registration;
- 6th step: We will then contact you as soon as possible, attaching your registration invoice;
- 7th step: Please check the informations provided in this website regularly, so you can have access to the final program, the final talks titles and more (some of this information will also be sent to your provided email address).
Bank charges
Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.
If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both (check OUR on the transaction form, not BEN or SHA).
Conference Registration Includes:
- Admission to all sessions;
- Coffee and refreshment breaks;
- Lunches for the symposium day (July 24th).
The symposium gala dinner is not included in the registration and should be paid separately.
